Just wanted to throw the links up here. The first seems fascinating to me. The idea of diet doesn’t even get mentioned. Just that there are to surgeries that will shrink your stomach and that this is an answer to diabetes.
Surgical Treatment for Diabetes
This second one isn’t much better. Again, trying to find a more complicated solution to a drastically simpler problem. But with the complicated solution, you get a pill that you can get research money for, market, and sell, which equals $$.
