135-165 (not to full depth) – 145 – 155 – 165 – 1 x 175 – 2 x 175
Notes: Pretty happy with this, felt fairly strong on most of these. This was my first ME OHS try in at least a year, and that was with steel in a squat cage, so couldn’t have been more than 115 or so.

Notes: One second faster than Rob W., pretty happy with this overall. Was cooking along pretty well on this until the burpees. Did the double unders pretty quick as well, did like the first 35 straight.
“Helen” (subbed 45lb db for KB – CFVB didn’t have enough for everybody)

Notes: Still pretty happy with this even though it was only 45 lbs. Finished right behind Will and right before Tommy. They were using 55lbs KBs, though.

Notes: The last time I did this, 30 Jan 08, I got 5:19 and that was modified, so fairly happy with this. Still, I was a minute behind Rob W, so that kind of hurts.

Notes: Wow, I feel liked I pussed out on this one. I wasn’t really gassed during this, but hitting muscle fatigue on the pullups and pushups. I got a 325 on 8 Jan 08, and a 315 on 25 Oct 07. I’ve been PRing a lot lately, maybe this is just me being beat down a little b/c this came after “Daniel” and ME Deadlift.
