5 C – green beans (w/ olive oil), mushrooms, cucumbers
5 F – 1 tsp olive oil on mushrooms and cucumbers

Notes: bad math on the chicken, for some reason thought four blocks. Lots of olive oil on the green beans that were cooked, so just did 3 F blocks of olive oil on the mushrooms/cucumbers. Probably more fat in this meal than just 5 blocks.

Notes: Woke up in the middle of the night starving, so wolfed down some chow. Not perfect, not measured.
