Notes: Just wanted to work on form today, did 20 Muscle Up Transitions from the knees after this. Also tried the coconut milk and protein powder post-WOD shake, according to the labels it breaks out to 6P/1C/15F. Going to touch base with Ryan and Jon and see how that’s been working out for them.
