50 Thrusters, 45 lbs
30 Pullups

Time: 8:00

Comments: This didn’t feel bad. I shortened the warmup because I’ve felt lethargic going into the warmup and the workout. Just did some jumprope and squats then jumped into it. Overall felt pretty good.
