I want to be fairly specific about what I did today, as I sucked.

So decent progress with PRing the press and the squat, but died on the deadlift, just couldn’t get it up today. Might be the fact that I haven’t had a day off since Thursday, but I haven’t been doing the “Feats of Strengh” month stuff I’ve been doing more bodyweight and running stuff. So I guess it’s good that the press and squat have gone up, but an 18 lb drop on the DL is pretty dissapointing.

    got damnit, how can you curse an effort that included PRs on 2 out of 3 movements???…you sound like me. im drunk as hell in chicago…i did a ghetto fran today with dumbbells and strict pullups today with people staring at me…at least you have can do a legit workout!! appreciate that. i dunno how or why i had your page open, but rock on, coach hard, get ZZs. pz.
